My work sits between those three spaces. I tend to step in when there is a promising technology, capability or opportunity, but it is not yet clear what to build, for whom or how to turn it into a sustainable offer.

I have built and led companies and initiatives across digital identity, cybersecurity, defence, automation and artificial intelligence. That experience allows me to work with founders and leadership teams from the realities of product, market, regulation and execution.
